I have been professionally working for more than a decade now and I have to admit that I have met some really strange characters in this time. In all the companies I have worked with, there have always been a special kind of individuals who can only be described by following characteristics:
- They are pretty regular in terms of attendance.
- They think they are smarter then everyone else.
- They look down on others.
- They hate the process and technologies that are embraced by others.
- They always think that others are over complicating things to make their lives difficult.
- They hate changes.
- They love to impose their ideas on others.
- They love insulting others.
- They show off their extra-professional skills i.e. skills that have nothing to do with their current jobs.
My questions to these people are:
- If you hate everyone so much and you think your company is completely wrong, why don't you quit and find another job.
- If the answer to previous question is something like "I want to improve... blah blah" then why don't you improve your life by switching your job and find a company more in synch with your mindset.
- Why can't you just shut up and get down to earth like everyone else and be more synergistic?
- Why don't you just quit and go away for good!!!???
